What we collect
When you order or contact us we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, order details and the contents of any enquiry. Payments are taken by PayPal or Stripe; we do not store your full card details, which are handled by those providers.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to process and deliver orders, take payment, answer enquiries and keep records (lawful basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for accounting and tax). We may reply to enquiries and manage our business on the basis of legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent (for example optional marketing cookies) you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with our service providers: website hosting, PayPal and Stripe (payments), email providers, and delivery carriers. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that make the shop work (basket, checkout and login). We also use the Facebook pixel, which may set cookies to measure advertising; you can block these in your browser settings.
Your rights
