Post & packaging
We post by Parcelforce, tracked, and we round the charge up to the nearest pound rather than adding a handling fee. Postage is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
Where we post
- United Kingdom – Parcelforce, fully tracked, usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Europe – Parcelforce Global Priority, fully tracked.
- Rest of the world – Parcelforce Global Priority, fully tracked.
Most of our coats weigh over 2kg, and a coat goes out in a box about 13 by 9 by 3 inches. Because the price depends on weight and destination, we do not publish a flat rate: the checkout works it out for your order. If you would like a figure before you order, telephone us with your address and we will tell you.
Dispatch
Goods are posted Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays. Parcelforce cannot give a specific delivery time, and will sometimes ask for a signature. Once you have a shipping confirmation, your order will arrive within the timeframe given or within 30 days of that confirmation.
We deliver to the address you gave at checkout. We cannot accept liability for goods sent to a PO Box.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke coats and capes are posted once they are made. Our normal making time is around eight weeks but depends on the workroom and can run longer, so we will give you a realistic date in writing. See bespoke order terms.
Returns
If you need to send something back, tell us first by phone or email so we know to expect it, and read our returns policy. The return address is the Camberley address at the foot of this page.
