Payment terms
You can pay by card or with a PayPal account at checkout. Both go through PayPal, so your card details are never held on this website.
Off-the-peg coats and capes
The full price is taken at checkout. Postage is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay, so you always see the total first.
Bespoke and made-to-measure
A 50% deposit books your place in the workroom. The remaining 50% is due before your coat or cape is dispatched. We confirm the price in writing before you pay anything. Full detail is on our bespoke order terms page.
If you would rather pay a bespoke order by bank transfer, ask us and we will email you the details. We never publish bank details on this website, and we will never ask you to change payee details by email. If you ever receive an email claiming to be from us with new bank details, telephone us on +44 7771 525615 before paying anything.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used against any off-the-peg coat or cape in the shop, and against a bespoke deposit. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
