Bespoke order terms

These terms apply to made-to-measure (bespoke) items ordered from Hamilton Classics Rainwear, a trading name of AD Interactive Limited (company no. 06431851), 60 Brackendale Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 2JY. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns policy.

1. Quote and confirmation

We confirm the style, fabric, measurements and price in writing before you pay. Your order is accepted when we confirm receipt of your deposit.

2. Deposit and balance

A deposit of [DEPOSIT ___] is payable to book your order. The balance of [BALANCE TERMS ___] is due before dispatch. We will tell you how to pay by email; we never publish bank details on this website.

3. Lead time

Typical making time is [LEAD TIME ___] from your deposit. We will tell you if this changes.

4. Cancellation

Because bespoke items are made to your personal specification, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once making has begun. You can cancel before the fabric is cut: [CANCELLATION REFUND TERMS ___].

5. Measurements and fit

We make to the measurements you give us. Fitting adjustments: [ALTERATIONS POLICY ___].

6. Faulty items

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Fabric variation

Natural and rubberised fabrics can vary slightly from samples and screen colours.
